We offer a no-quibble returns policy.

If you decide you do not want all or part of your Hammamas order they may be returned at your own expense within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Prior to dispatching goods for return, you must contact us by email ([email protected]) or call us on 03 5986 119 to facilitate the process. The returned package should also contain your name, address and the invoice number. Goods returned must be in their original condition in which they were supplied and include all items of the product and its packaging. Goods returned for refund should be sent at your expense to:

Until the package is received, the goods remain your property and we recommend suitable packaging and an appropriate level of insurance for their return. Hammamas are not liable for any packages lost in transit. Once we have received notification the package has been returned the refund will be processed as soon as possible. Notification of your refund will be sent by email.

EXCHANGES

As our stock levels are always moving, we encourage you to make a separate purchase online at www.hammamas.com.au as soon as possible. We would hate for you to miss out on some other great Hammamas products and / or sales.
